While serums and creams can help moisturize the skin’s surface, Juvéderm Ultra Plus XC adds volume to smooth these lines and folds, to help give you the natural-looking, long-lasting results you want.
Juvéderm Volbella for lips and lips lines: Volbella stands out in the family of Juvéderm fillers due to its unique, thin consistency. Because Volbella is injected superficially, it is the perfect solution for treating wrinkles and fine lines around the lips or under the eyes. Volbella is ideal for patients who are not interested in increased volume, but are instead looking to simply reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Juvéderm Vollure for mid-face moderate to severe lines: Juvéderm Vollure XC features the same Vycross technology of Juvéderm Voluma XC (the filler used to plump the cheek area) and Juvéderm Volbella XC (the filler used in lip augmentation) uses. However, Juvéderm Vollure XC is FDA-approved to use the Vycross technology in the nasolabial folds, which also happens to be the number-one dermal treatment area. It lasts up to 18 months – longer than all other HA fillers for this area.
Juvéderm Voluma for cheeks: Wrinkles and lines aren’t the only signs of aging. Over time, the cheeks flatten, and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area, or what the experts call “age-related midface volume loss.” Juvéderm Voluma XC is designed to add volume beneath the skin’s surface to lift and contour the cheek area. It is the only HA filler proven to last 2 years in the cheek area. When treated again after 2 years, patients need less product to achieve their results.

In the olden days (five years ago), filler was used to chase lines and fill in creases, such as nasolabial folds. More recently a more global approach has been used to restore cheek contours and lost volume in other areas of the face. With precise injection points, low injection volume, and specific injection techniques (some with a needle, some with a micro-cannula, some with a linear or fanning technique) our experienced medical professionals deliver safe and predictable results in eight specific areas. Not everyone needs all eight areas tended to, however. Which areas will most benefit you will be discussed at the time of your consultation or treatment.

In other areas, we will choose to avoid the use of needles and use a micro-cannula to place the filler. The use of a blunt-tipped micro-cannula, also called the “Ouchless Needle,” is a completely revolutionary technique for filler treatments. It is very small, and the tip is actually rounded. The value of the blunt tip makes the injection more comfortable and reduces the risk of bruising and damage to the skin.
