MINT PDO Thread Lift is one the most effective ways to lift loose, sagging skin without surgery. Is the MINT Thread Lift procedure painful?
You may feel some slight stinging during the injection of local anesthesia. However, once completed, patients typically feel no discomfort during the remainder of the procedure.
Immediately after the threads are placed, the treatment area will feel tight and mildly sore, which may linger for several days, depending on the number and location of threads. Oral analgesic can be prescribed as needed for post-op discomfort.

What can I expect after the Thread Lift Procedure?
You will see immediate lifting of the loose skin after the procedure. You will experience some minor swelling which typically resolves in few days. There may be some mild bruising that lasts a few days to a week. We provide Arnica that significantly minimize any potential bruising.
You will be able to resume you normal daily routine right after the procedure may wear make-up the next day.
Since the threads are absorbable, no sutures need to be removed after the thread lifting procedure.

Can I exercise after a MINT Thread Lift?
Patients should avoid vigorous exercise for one week and facial massages for at least two weeks. Dr. Howton suggests patients sleep on their backs the first four to five days following treatment.
